We typically used box stores for our appliance purchases, but after driving by, decided to stop by NCTV. The service was amazing. Amber worked with our budget and really listened to what we needed. She recommended different options and put together the perfect package – which was less than those other unpersonable places! Delivery was smooth, everything was installed, and in a timely manner. - Our 3 year old refrigerator just quit and we went to get options on a new one at North Canton TV & Appliance. Laurie gave me some helpful hints to see if we could get a courtesy repair on our current fridge but in the end, we did need to purchase a new one and immediately they offered us a loaner fridge till our new one comes in. Since we are limited on space, we knew we would not have many options. They searched and found one that I'm happy with. If you want kind, courteous, professional service this is where to shop! - How fortunate are we to have this business in our area! Customer service, product line, convenience, staff all EXCELLENT! Even loaned us a refrigerator till ours came in! Laurie, one of the owners, could not have been more accommodating! Les and Tony who delivered had three refrigerators to deal with, the old one, the loaner and the new one. I have had a lot of delivery personnel in my home over the years and these two were so cautious and took care of every detail! Highly recommend!
